•1 Day - Rental is 24 hours out from the time that it is picked up and 8 hours or less on the meter (on metered equipment).
•Weekend - Rental is from Friday after 12 PM and returning the equipment before 8 AM on Monday with 12 hours or less of use on the meter (on metered equipment).
•1 Week - Rental is 7 days out and no more than 40 hrs. on the meter (on metered equipment).
 
•Rental fees and deposits are required to be paid prior to equipment leaving the lot unless a credit account has been established.
 
•Rental fees are for the use of the equipment only and does not cover fuel used, cleaning of the equipment, overages on meter hour use, hauling or transportation fees, or damages other than standard wear.
 
•A valid driver’s license is required with all rentals.
 
•Trailers are considered a separate rental unless it is stated in the equipment description as being included.
 
•A rental agreement is required to be signed with every rental. Damage liability is not limited to the deposit amount. Please read the rental terms and agreement for more details.
 
•Equipment must be hauled in a safe manor. Equipment with a combined weight (equipment and trailer) of 7000 Lbs. or higher (skid loaders, excavators, Lifts, Tractors) must be hauled on a tandem axle trailer with a minimum of 6 lug axles and a 2 5/16 or pintle hitch. A 3/4 ton or larger truck or SUV must be used to haul heavy loads. This is for your safety and other people on the roads and is a requirement of our insurance company. No exceptions can be made. Hauling services are available for $4.00 per loaded mile.
